The Inspired Children membership program empowers parents about how to teach their children the key life skills necessary to lead a successful and balanced life. It was developed by Dr Rosina McAlpine, a mum and life coach for parents and children. Dr Rosina is also an award winning researcher and educator, and based on her research and years of practical experience, she has created the Inspired Children program for parents of children between the ages of 4-14 years.

In easily digestible weekly installments, you will gain 15 minutes exercises that are practical and easy for you and our child to follow.

“I am writing to you to thank you for the terrific program that you have created. I have a six year old daughter who has just started you’re Inspired Children's program and she is really enjoying it. Charlotte loves the one on one when we spend our 15 minutes, twice a week. She knows that it’s her special time with mum together and we talk about things that are important in life. Since starting you’re program Charlotte has learned many life lessons and is actually putting them into use without my coaching. One example of this is: Charlotte lost a charm bracelet of mine and offered to save her birthday and Christmas money to buy me a new one! This was just after completing the value of money task. Second example: I caught Charlotte reorganising the fridge door (we may have been trying to leave for school at that time, but the intent was there!) When I asked her what she was doing, she answered that she was making the fridge more “productive”. This was a few weeks after completing the organisation and tidying skill.
